As a (future or former) customer of Oostwoud, we hold information about you. We do this in part because of:

• Requesting a quote
• Placing an order
• Contact about order status and delivery
• Invoicing of the order
• Customer service and newsletters

To do this, we use the following personal data:

• First and last name
• (Delivery) address
• Email address
• Phone number
• Billing information

We never keep personal data longer than necessary to carry out the activities agreed upon. However, we do have to comply with tax laws. For this reason, most records must be kept for 7 years. If an offer or customer contact did not result in an order, data will be deleted after 6 months.

To process your order, we sometimes work with other parties, such as suppliers or subcontractors who provide services or fulfill orders on our behalf. Sometimes this requires the transmission of your personal data, such as a delivery address. We have made agreements with these parties, where necessary, regarding the handling of personal data.

You are responsible for ensuring that Oostwoud International B.V. has the correct personal data. At info@oostwoud.com, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. If you are a customer of ours, most data cannot be deleted simply because it is needed to fulfill your order or we must keep it due to tax laws. Do you no longer wish to receive the newsletter?
