The AL-10, developed by KEN Hygiene Systems, is an advanced loading robot that can fully automatically load and unload instrument washers in a CSA environment. Equipped with RFID detection and communication capabilities via WiFi, Ethernet or PLC, the AL-10 is easy to program and monitor via PC, tablet or smartphone. This robot optimizes work processes and increases productivity by coordinating efficient loading while improving workplace ergonomics to prevent physical complaints from employees. With a maximum load capacity of 150 kg and automatic load height adjustment from 670 mm to 850 mm, the AL-10 provides safe and efficient maneuverability around people and obstacles, and even handles automatic charging at convenient times. One AL-10 can operate from 1 to 8 washing machines, making it a versatile and effective solution for automated loading and unloading.
